Who we are

LeadByData is operated by Perceptive Consulting Solutions (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data described in this policy. Contact: hello@leadbydata.ai.

What we collect and why

  • Website visitors: analytics data (pages visited, device, approximate location) via Google Analytics 4, used to understand and improve the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest / consent where required.
  • Contact form: your name, email and message, used solely to reply to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Platform accounts: your name, email and business details when you sign up, used to provide the service. Legal basis: contract.
  • Connected Google account data: if you connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics or Google Ads to the platform, we access that data (read-only unless you explicitly approve an action) to analyse your marketing and produce recommendations and reports for you. We access only the scopes you grant, use the data solely to provide the service to you, and never sell it or use it for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • Lead records (platform customers): where you enable lead tracking, the platform records enquiry events from your website and connected systems (e.g. a form fill’s contact details and source) and hands them to you. We process this data as your processor, under a data processing agreement, solely to count, attribute and deliver your leads to you.

What we don’t do

  • We do not sell personal data. Ever.
  • We do not use your business’s data to advertise to your customers.
  • We do not message your leads — lead records are delivered to you and your systems.

Retention

Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months. Platform account and connected-service data are kept while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of account closure, except where law requires longer. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Sharing

We use a small number of processors to run the service (hosting, email delivery, AI processing). Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We share personal data with no one else unless required by law.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies and, with your consent, analytics cookies (GA4). You can withdraw consent at any time via your browser settings.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to processing. Email hello@leadbydata.ai to exercise any of these. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
