Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 July 2026. These terms govern use of the LeadByData platform and this website, operated by Perceptive Consulting Solutions (“we”, “us”), United Kingdom.
The service
LeadByData analyses your website and connected marketing accounts, proposes actions with supporting evidence, executes actions you approve, and measures results. You keep full control: no action affecting your website, advertising or publishing happens without your explicit approval in the platform.
Plans, billing and cancellation
- Subscriptions bill monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed on the pricing page and exclude VAT.
- No lock-in: monthly plans may be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the current billing period. No notice period, no cancellation fee.
- Your fixes stay yours: changes applied to your website remain in place after cancellation. We do not revert work on exit.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee leads, rankings, traffic or revenue, and nothing on this site or in the platform is such a guarantee. Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside anyone’s control. What we commit to: recommendations supported by evidence, actions executed only with your approval, and results measured and reported honestly — favourable or not.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you own or are authorised to manage the websites and accounts you connect.
- You are responsible for reviewing actions before approving them and for the accuracy of information you provide.
- You will comply with applicable law in your use of lead data the platform delivers to you (including UK GDPR and PECR).
Data
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Where the platform processes lead records on your behalf, we act as your processor under a data processing agreement available on request.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account holders by email at least 14 days in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
