LeadByData is built and operated by Perceptive Consulting Solutions, a UK consultancy that has run marketing and technology for small and mid-sized businesses for years — hotels, storage companies, wholesalers, clinics, retailers.

The platform wasn’t built to be sold. It was built because running real clients’ marketing honestly is hard: the work is endless, the evidence lives in six different Google screens, and proving that any of it produced an enquiry is nearly impossible. So we built the system we needed — one that reads the data nightly, proposes fixes with the evidence attached, does the work after a human approves it, and then measures whether it moved anything.

It ran our own client fleet — 12 real businesses — before it ever had a public name. Every feature on this site exists because one of our clients needed it. The proof page is our own client work, measured by the platform itself.

The principles

• Evidence over adjectives. Every recommendation shows the numbers that justify it, in plain English.
• Nothing publishes itself. Every action is approved by you.
• Leads observed & attributed — never “generated”. We count and prove; we don’t promise.
• No lock-in. Subscription, leave whenever, and the fixes stay yours.
• Verdicts either way. If an approved action didn’t move the numbers, the platform says so.
